- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪had a claim with this insurance. Very rude adjuster. She raised her voice and tighentened her tone whenever I asked questions, often answering, "this is not how we do things" When Carla was not available other people gave me wrong information about my claim, how to proceed with injuries, etc. Completely shocked that they are still in business with their poor customer service and lack of basic etiquette.July 21, 2017by Jae Lee
